The Bank of Zambia has launched the 'Go Cashless' campaign to promote Digital Financial Services and associated safety tips across commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, and payment service providers. This initiative aligns with the regulator’s 2020–2023 Strategic Plan by advancing financial inclusion and stability through increased public awareness of DFS benefits. Stakeholders are required to actively adopt the campaign theme and disseminate safety guidelines to accelerate cashless transactions nationwide.
