Errata – Circular No. 2438 dated November 23, 2023
The document corrects a reference in paragraph 2 of the resolution from the Superintendent of Financial Services dated November 21, 2023, communicated via Circular No. 2438. It specifies that the instruction to incorporate the "Voluntary Pension Fund" into Book II – Stability and Solvency must refer to Title I TER, not Title I BIS as originally stated. This correction applies to the regulatory framework managed by the Central Bank of Uruguay.

The market is informed that in paragraph 2) of the resolution of the Superintendent of Financial Services dated November 21, 2023, communicated by Circular No. 2438 of November 23, 2023, where it says “INCORPORATE into Book II – Stability and Solvency, Title I BIS – Voluntary Pension Fund” it should have said “INCORPORATE into Book II – Stability and Solvency, Title I TER – Voluntary Pension Fund”.
