Errata to the Resolution modifying the general provisions applicable to credit institutions, published on November 25, 2019
This erratum corrects a formatting error in Section III of the Resolution modifying general provisions for credit institutions, published on November 25, 2019. The correction clarifies the definition of consortium and business group by removing a line break within the term "Grupo empresarial" in the text published on page 47. The substantive legal content regarding private assistance institutions and pawnshops remains unchanged.

Errata to the Resolution modifying the general provisions applicable to credit institutions, published on November 25, 2019
On page 47, before the transitional provisions, it says:
...
III.
Private assistance institutions and other societies or associations dedicated to granting loans with pledge collateral, including those commonly known as "pawnshops", unless they are part of the same consortium or business group to which the Institution belongs, in which case they must comply with the provisions of this section.
For the purposes of what is established in this fraction, consortium and Business Group shall be understood as provided in fractions I and V of article 22 Bis of the Law. "
It should say:
...
