EU Commission FAQ on EU Taxonomy Regulation
The European Commission published a draft frequently asked questions document containing 155 questions on the EU Taxonomy Regulation. The FAQ covers general requirements, clarifications on technical screening criteria for specific activities, and general clarifications on Do Not Significant Harm criteria and Taxonomy Disclosures. Formal adoption is pending the completion of translations into all EU languages, after which the text will be published in the EU Official Journal.

In addition, the FAQ, which contains 155 questions, provides general clarifications on the Do Not Significant Harm (DNSH) criteria and the Taxonomy Disclosures DA. The draft FAQ has been approved in principle by the Commission, but its formal adoption will take place once the translation into all EU languages is finalised. Once formally adopted, it will be published in the EU Official Journal. 4 December 2024
