TAKE NOTICE THAT The Securities Commission of the Bahamas intends to apply to a Justice of The Supreme Court in Chambers at the Supreme Court Complex, Ansbacher House, Nassau, The Bahamas on the 15th day of September, 2023 at 12 o’clock in the forenoon for an Order hereby restraining the Company whether acting by any director, officer, or other agent or howsoever otherwise from soliciting any financial assistance from the public or from any person whatsoever or charging, pledging, hypothecating, transferring, borrowing, transacting or in any way whatsoever, handling or dealing with clients’ assets, whether by instruction, or for the benefit, of the clients or making advances to the credit of unrelated parties such balances as shall be held on account standing to the credit of clients of MDollaz, until the hearing of the Petition or further Order in the meantime.
