Exemption of Export Development Surcharge on All Goods
The Federal Government of Pakistan exempts the entire special customs duty levied as Export Development Surcharge on the exportation of all goods. This exemption applies with immediate effect under the Finance Act 1991. The directive affects all exporters subject to this specific surcharge.
