Dear Sirs/Madams: We hereby inform you of the following changes in the public and financial institution service hours for treasury services in Bogotá, on the following dates in July, due to a new public holiday and internal administrative reasons:

• July 13: no cash services will be provided at the treasury windows to the public on Calle 13 nor at the windows to securities transport companies at the Cash Center, due to the Public Holiday in homage to the Virgin of Chiquinquirá
• July 15: cash services at the treasury windows to the public on Calle 13 will be provided from 7:00 am to 10:30 am
• July 23: cash services at the treasury windows to the public on Calle 13 and at the windows to securities transport companies at the Cash Center will be provided from 7:00 am to 10:30 am On the other business days of July, services will be provided during regular hours.
