Persons assessed by DNB or the AFM for suitability, propriety, or reputation may engage external confidential advisors regarding complaints about treatment or conflicts concerning the review procedure. The advisors, Ms D.M.J.J. Monissen and De heer A.J.M. Loogman RA, facilitate initial contact via vertrouwenspersoon.toetsingen@outlook.com for calls or emails, but do not exchange documents through this address. These advisors hold no substantive role in the assessment itself.

For fit and proper assessments by DNB and the AFM, it is possible to engage with an external confidential advisor.
A person who is assessed by DNB or the AFM for suitability, propriety and/or reputation can contact an external confidential advisor(s) in the event of:
A complaint about the treatment during the fit and proper assessment process;
A conflict about the review procedure.
The external confidential advisor has no substantive role in the assessment .
