Regulation to amend Regulation 58-101 respecting Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update various securities laws. These amendments primarily replace references to the legacy SEDAR system with SEDAR+ across multiple regulations, including Regulation 58-101 respecting Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices. The changes align disclosure requirements with the new electronic data analysis and retrieval system and came into force on June 9, 2023.
