Instruction No. 001-DCR/09 of July 20, 2009 on the Central Bank's Policy Rate
The Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar issued Instruction No. 001-DCR/09 to reduce the national policy rate from 10.0 percent to 9.50 percent, effective August 3, 2009.
