The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 192 on 7 November 2025 to formally register the "EASY PAY-GYUMRI" branch of "EASY PAY" Limited Liability Company. This administrative action follows the submission of required motions and supporting documents by the company in early October 2025. The resolution takes effect immediately upon signing by Governor Martin Galstyan.
