ON REGISTERING THE “EASY PAY-GYUMRI” BRANCH OF “EASY PAY” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 3 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Chapter 12 of Regulation 17/01 "On Procedure for Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Registration of Managers" approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 October 2011;

T aking into account hat “that “EASY PAY” Limited Liability Company submitted motions and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 2 October 2025, 8 October 2025, and 14 October 2025 regarding the registration of the “EASY PAY-GYUMRI” branch of the Company, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the “EASY PAY-GYUMRI” branch of “EASY PAY” Limited Liability Company.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
