Instruction No. 2021-I-10 of October 6, 2021 amending Instruction No. 2013-I-09 of July 12, 2013 regarding application forms for authorization, agent declaration, and notification of freedom of establishment or services for electronic money institutions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2021-I-10 to amend the regulatory framework for electronic money institutions by replacing the standard application forms for authorization and simplified authorization. This update modifies Annexes I and II of Instruction No. 2013-I-09 to reflect current procedural requirements for establishing or providing services within the European Union or EEA. The instruction entered into force the day following its publication in the Authority's official register on October 7, 2021.
