Decision on the Amendment of the Decision on Reporting Obligations for Debt Financial Instruments Concluded Outside Regulated Markets or MTFs
The Croatian Financial Services Agency (HANFE) issued this Decision on 21 December 2022 to amend the reporting obligations for debt financial instruments traded outside regulated markets or MTFs. The amendment updates specific numerical designations in Article 1, revises the asset, revenue, and capital thresholds for legal entities in point 11 of Article 2, and clarifies the definition of a Consolidated Trade Repository (CTP) in point 9. The revised rules take effect on 1 January 2023 following publication on the HANFE website.
