CVM Instruction 566 (Revoked) - Public Offering of Promissory Notes
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction 566 to regulate the public distribution of promissory notes. This regulation amended Annex II of Instruction 400/03 and repealed several prior instructions and articles. The instruction was subsequently revoked by Resolution 163/22.
