Regulation to amend Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update securities disclosure frameworks. These amendments primarily replace references to the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) with the new System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) across multiple regulations and forms. The changes to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements, along with updates to other instruments, came into force on June 9, 2023.
