Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

After reviewing the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. (95) of 1992 and its Executive Regulations; and on Law No. (10) of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments; and on Board of Directors Decision No. (113) of 2019 regarding the determination of the initial list of international environmental auditors; and after approval by the Authority's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 2020/11/18;

Decided

(Article One)

A new item numbered (12) shall be added to the list of international experts and consulting institutions (international environmental auditors) stipulated in the aforementioned Board of Directors Decision No. (113) of 2019, as follows: 12. Global Sustain

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's website, and shall take effect from the day following its publication in the Egyptian Gazette.
