Board of Directors Decision No. (174) of 2020
The Financial Regulatory Authority of Egypt issued Board Decision No. 174 of 2020 to amend Decision No. 113 of 2019 by officially adding "Global Sustain" as item 12 to the initial list of approved international environmental auditors. This regulatory update expands the roster of recognized international consulting experts authorized to conduct environmental oversight for capital market activities. The decision takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's official website.
