The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 184 A on 23 October 2025 to formally recognize License No. 28 of PRESS Pay Closed Joint-Stock Company as void. This regulatory action was taken following a voluntary application submitted by the payment organization on 1 October 2025 and subsequent review by the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution mandates that the license revocation takes effect immediately from the date the decision was signed by Governor Martin Galstyan.
