Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, point 7 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and point 176 of Regulation 17/01 "On Procedures for Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Registration of Managers" approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 October 2011; Taking into account that “PRESS PAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company payment and settlement organization submitted an application and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 1 October 2025 to recognize the payment and settlement organization License No. 28 as void; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 44 dated 8 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
