Amendment to Policy Statement 81-107 Respecting Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds
The securities regulators amended Policy Statement 81-107 to align with the phased implementation of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval Plus (SEDAR+). The changes require that documents filed with regulators outside Québec be transmitted electronically through SEDAR+ as prescribed by Regulation 13-103. Additionally, all references to the legacy SEDAR system within the Policy Statement have been replaced with SEDAR+ to reflect current electronic filing obligations.
