Regulation (NAP) - Reassignment of Portfolios of the Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe
The Administrative Council of the Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe issued this Permanent Application Regulation to reallocate functional portfolios among its five board members following an April 5 restructuring. The regulation assigns specific directorates and offices—including the Governor's Office, Internal Audit, Financial Institutions Supervision, Payment Systems, and Human Resources—to each member based on their structural units. It formally revokes the previous portfolio assignment regulation (NAP No. 019/2016) and takes effect on May 3, 2017, with publication on the bank's intranet.
