Circular RUNOR 1-1952: Authorized Signatures before the BCRA. Consolidated Text.

The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) issued Communication “A” 8414 to consolidate and update the regulatory framework governing Form 2570, which financial entities, exchange operators, and electronic clearing houses must use to register authorized signatories for their current accounts. The consolidated text establishes precise requirements for form completion, notarized certification, and the designation of authorized personnel, while detailing submission procedures, record updates, and special cases for ANSES social security payments and regional BCRA agency operations. It mandates that all registered signatures remain confidential, become effective upon the first business day following BCRA approval, and independently authorize fund movements, account openings or closures, and necessary administrative acts.
