FE Circular No. 14: Amendment of FE Circular No. 13

Amendment of FE Circular No. 13
Reference: FE Circular No. 13, dated September 22, 2008
In continuation of FE Circular No. 13 (b) dated September 22, 2008, the following amendment is made to the paragraph:
"(b) In the case of Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRB), the reference to 'Others' in paragraph 9 of Schedule-1 shall be replaced with 'Non-Resident Bangladeshi' (NRB) with effect from 2016. The reference to 'Others' in paragraph 9 of Schedule-1 shall be replaced with 'Non-Resident Bangladeshi' (NRB) with effect from 6016."
- This circular is issued for the information and necessary action of all concerned.
- All previous instructions inconsistent with this circular are hereby withdrawn.
