Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 55-104 respecting Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions

The securities regulators amended Policy Statement to Regulation 55-104 to update references to the Canadian securities filing system. Specifically, the text in section 7.2 was revised to replace the legacy term "SEDAR" with "SEDAR+". AMENDMENTS TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 55-104 RESPECTING INSIDER REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND EXEMPTIONS

1. Policy Statement to Regulation 55-104 respecting Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions is amended by replacing “SEDAR”, in the first sentence of section 7.2, by “SEDAR+”.
