Regulation to amend Regulation 21-101 respecting Marketplace Operation
The Autorité des marchés financiers, approved by the Minister of Finance, amends Regulation 21-101 to streamline reporting requirements and enhance operational standards for marketplaces and information processors. The amendments introduce mandatory annual vulnerability assessments, require interim financial reports within 60 days, and update filing deadlines and content for Forms 21-101F1, F2, and F5. Additionally, the regulation strengthens cybersecurity obligations by mandating capacity stress tests, detailed incident notification protocols, and independent systems reviews for recognized exchanges and quotation and trade reporting systems.
