FEOD Circular No. 01: Regarding circulation/cancellation of Specimen Signature
The Foreign Exchange Operations Department of Bangladesh Bank circulates specimen signatures of six newly joined or promoted officials, including Nargis Morshed and Afroza Khan, for the information and preservation of authorized dealers in Dhaka. Simultaneously, it declares the specimen signatures of six former officials, such as Dilruba Begum and Swapan Kumar Das, cancelled due to transfers, study leave, or PRL, superseding previous local circulars from 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017. Authorized dealers are requested to update their records and distribute copies of this circular to all relevant parties.
