FEOD Circular No. 04: Regarding cancellation/circulation of Specimen Signature
The Foreign Exchange Operations Department of Bangladesh Bank circulates specimen signatures for two newly appointed or promoted officials: Zafar Ahmed and Md. Akter Uddin Mehedi, both Joint Directors. Simultaneously, it declares the specimen signatures of former officials Md. Sakawat Hossain (Deputy General Manager) and Zafar Ahmed (Deputy Director) as cancelled due to their recent promotions or transfers. Authorized dealers engaged in foreign exchange transactions in the Dhaka region are instructed to update their records accordingly and distribute copies of the circular to relevant parties.

Regarding circulation/cancellation of Specimen Signature.
Dear Sir,
The specimen signatures of the following officials, who have joined/promoted to the Department, are being sent for your information and preservation:-
