FEPD Circular Letter No. 02: Cash Incentive against export of frozen fish

The document clarifies that cash incentives for the export of frozen shrimp and other fish apply to products prepared through freezing processes, explicitly recognizing ice glazing (ICUM) and other mandatory auxiliary ingredients used during freezing as integral components of the frozen fish. This clarification updates previous guidelines regarding definitions, maximum weights, and FOB price ceilings for retail packs.
