The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank directs all approved dealer banks to approve the export of 65,295.63 bales of raw jute against 56 Letters of Credit issued prior to November 3, 2015. This authorization is granted in favor of 14 specific establishments as referenced in a memorandum from the Ministry of Textiles and Jute dated March 1, 2016. Banks are instructed to take necessary measures to facilitate these exports in accordance with the attached list.

Regarding Export of Raw Jute Against LCs Issued Before 03/11/2015.
In reference to Memorandum No. 24.00.0000.119.18.063.12/128 dated March 1, 2016, from the Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, it is necessary to take necessary measures to approve the export of 65,295.63 bales of raw jute against 56 Letters of Credit issued in favor of 14 establishments. The same is attached herewith for your information.
