Dear Sir,

Subject: Reporting of receipt and payment of foreign currency loan through bill discounting.

Reference is invited to FE Circular No. 03, dated February 04, 2013.

In the aforementioned circular, regarding transactions involving the receipt and payment of foreign currency loans, guidance has been provided to report to the Bangladesh Bank in due course following the procedures mentioned in the attached table (Annexure-1).
