Dear Sir,

Reference is drawn to your attention to the letter No. 16.00.0000.003.18.005.14 (Part-2).767 dated 11.06.2015 from the Hajj Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, regarding the remittance of Saudi Riyal 6,800.00 per Hajj pilgrim to Saudi Arabia for house rent, food supply, and other expenses for the year 2015 A.D./1436 H.

In this regard, you are advised to take necessary measures to remit Saudi Riyal 6,800.00 (Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) per Hajj pilgrim to Saudi Arabia for house rent, food supply, and other expenses for Hajj pilgrims traveling under private arrangement in 2015 A.D./1436 H., through the owner/legal representative of the respective Hajj agency, while following due financial rules and regulations, along with the list of names of the pilgrims and proof of payment of Muallim fee.
