Approved remittances for Hajj pilgrims traveling via private management in 2017/1438 AH are set at a total of SAR 6,830.00, comprising SAR 4,141.00 for house rent, SAR 1,600.00 for food expenses, and SAR 1,089.00 for Muallim fees. Authorized dealers are instructed to remit these amounts from their own bank accounts (OIA) to Saudi Arabia upon submission of the pilgrims' name lists, in accordance with relevant financial regulations.

Reference is invited to the letter No. 16.00.0000.003.30.008.16-886 dated 08.06.2017 from the Hajj Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, a copy of which is enclosed, regarding the subject titled: "Remittance of SAR 6,830.00 in total for house rent, food expenses, and Muallim fees of Hajj pilgrims in 2017 A.D./1438 H to Saudi Arabia via their own agency bank accounts (OIA) through the e-payment system."
In this regard, you are advised to take necessary measures to remit a total of SAR 6,830.00 (SAR 4,141.00 + SAR 1,600.00 + SAR 1,089.00) to Saudi Arabia for house rent (SAR 4,141.00), food expenses (SAR 1,600.00), and Muallim fees (SAR 1,089.00) for Hajj pilgrims traveling via private management in 2017 A.D./1438 H, subject to submission of the list of names of Hajj pilgrims, by following the relevant financial rules and regulations through their own Hajj agency bank accounts (OIA).
