This circular clarifies that for the purpose of export incentives on diversified jute products, jute-based products are considered raw materials alongside jute, in accordance with the Jute Act, 2017. This interpretation applies to the 'G' section of the Joint Application Form (Appendix-A) referenced in FEPD Circular No. 12 dated April 07, 2016. All other applicable instructions regarding export incentives for jute-based products remain unchanged.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the provision of export incentives against the export of Diversified Jute Products (DJP).
We would like to draw your attention to FEPD Circular No. 12, dated April 07, 2016, issued on the subject mentioned above.
All applicable instructions regarding the payment of incentives against the export of jute-based products will remain unchanged as before.
All concerned parties are advised to take note of this matter.
