Dear Sir,

Regarding the provision of export incentives/cash assistance against the export of Software, ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) and Hardware from Bangladesh.

With reference to FEPD Circular No. 03 dated February 08, 2018, on the subject mentioned above, this is to clarify that all existing arrangements for export incentives/cash assistance against the export of ITES services will be available to both members and non-members of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) and the Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO).

All other applicable instructions of the referenced FEPD Circular will remain unchanged. It is requested to inform all concerned parties regarding this matter.
