Dear Sir,

Subject: Remittance for house rent, various services charges and transport, additional services charges, and food expenses of Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia under private management for the Hijri year 1440/2019 to their respective Agency Bank Accounts (OBA) through the e-payment system.

Reference is drawn to your attention to the letter No. 16.00.0000.017.18.002.18.88 dated 05/05/2019 from the Hajj-1 Branch of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (copy enclosed) regarding the subject cited above.

2. In accordance with the list of names of Hajj pilgrims submitted, it is necessary to take measures to remit to Saudi Arabia following proper financial rules and regulations, an amount of 9,110.33 Saudi Riyals (which will be considered as the total expenditure) per Hajj pilgrim traveling under private management in the Hijri year 1440/2019, through their respective Hajj Agency Bank Accounts (OBA). This total amount comprises: 4,700.00 Saudi Riyals for house rent, 1,817.00 Saudi Riyals for various service charges and transport expenses, 1,260.00 Saudi Riyals for additional service charges, and 1,333.33 Saudi Riyals for food expenses. The calculation is as follows: (4,700.00 + 1,817.00 + 1,260.00 + 1,333.33) = 9,110.33 Saudi Riyals.

3. Kindly inform all concerned parties about the contents of this circular letter.
