Dear Sir,

Reference is invited to your attention to the letter No. 16.00.0000.003.18.008.17.497 dated 14.05.2018 from the Hajj Branch of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, regarding the subject "Remittance for house rent, food and other expenses of Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia under private management for the Hijri year 1439/2018 AD" (copy enclosed).

2. Subject to the submission of the list of names of Hajj pilgrims, arrangements must be made to remit a total of Saudi Riyal 8,415.00 (4,357.50 + 1,143.45 + 1,571.77 + 1,342.28) per Hajj pilgrim traveling under private management in the Hijri year 1439/2018 through the bank accounts (OIA) of their respective Hajj agencies, in accordance with proper financial rules and regulations. The breakdown is as follows: Saudi Riyal 4,357.50 for house rent in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Riyal 1,143.45 for various service charges and transport in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Riyal 1,571.77 for additional service charges, and Saudi Riyal 1,342.28 for food expenses.
