Dear Sir,
Regarding the appointment of audit firms for the provision of cash assistance/export subsidy instead of customs bond and duty drawback in the export-oriented domestic textile sector and other applicable sectors.
Reference is invited to Circular Letter No.- FEPD(C)291/2002-1367, dated: 02 June, 2002, issued on the subject cited above.
Similar to previous years, cases for cash assistance/export subsidy for the current fiscal year 2012-2013 will also be audited by audit firms appointed by Bangladesh Bank. However, if the appointment of additional firms is necessary to expedite the audit work, an application must be made to Bangladesh Bank regarding this matter, stating the justification and the number of required audit firms.
Yours faithfully,
