Reference is drawn to your attention to the letter No. Dir/Moh/Sha/6-1/2009/875 dated 23.07.2014 from the Hajj Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, regarding the subject "Remittance for house rent, food supply and other expenses per Hajj pilgrim at the rate of SAR 6,800.00 to Saudi Arabia for Hajj pilgrims in 2014 A.D./1435 Hijri year" (copy enclosed).

You are advised to make necessary arrangements to remit Saudi Riyal 6,800.00 (Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) per Hajj pilgrim to Saudi Arabia for house rent, food supply and other expenses of Hajj pilgrims traveling under private management in 2014 A.D./1435 Hijri year, through the owner/legal representative of the relevant Hajj agency, subject to the submission of the list of names of Hajj pilgrims and proof of payment of Moalasin fee, while following due financial rules and regulations.
