FEPD Circular Letter No. 16: Statutory business target for licenced Money Changers (MCs)
The instruction regarding the statutory business volume of foreign exchange transactions to be achieved annually by licensed Money Changers for licence renewal remains applicable until December 31, 2021. This directive extends the validity of the requirement previously set in FEPD Circular Letter No. 24 dated June 23, 2020. Other instructions concerning this matter remain unchanged.

Please refer to FEPD Circular Letter No. 24, Dated June 23, 2020 regarding statutory business volume of foreign exchange transactions to be achieved annually by licenced MCs mandatorily for renewal of licences. The instruction mentioned in FEPD Circular Letter No. 24, Dated June 23, 2020 shall be applicable till December 31, 2021. Other instructions in this regard shall remain unchanged.
