FEPD Circular Letter No. 220/2016-15: Issuance of Public Notification No. 609/2015-2016/ERC (Export Trade Control)
The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank transmits Public Notification No. 609/2015-2016/ERC, issued by the Office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports on April 18, 2016, to all approved dealer banks for their information and necessary action. The circular requires authorized banks to inform all concerned parties regarding the directives contained in the attached notification on export trade control.
