FEPD Circular Letter No. 32: Regarding SRO No-283-Law/2013 Dated 22 August 2013 Related to Amendment of Section 17(2)(kha) of Import Policy Order, 2012-2015
The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank transmits a copy of SRO No-283-Law/2013, dated 22 August 2013, which amends Section 17(2)(kha) of the Import Policy Order, 2012-2015. This circular is addressed to all authorized dealer banks and requires them to take necessary action upon receipt of the attached amendment notification published in the Bangladesh Gazette on 26 August 2013.
