FEPD Circular Letter No. 37: Prohibition of Importing Book Named "Bhangamoth" Written by Mr. Salam Azad
The Foreign Exchange Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank directs all approved dealer banks to comply with the import ban on the book "Bhangamoth" by Mr. Salam Azad. This directive implements the General Notification No. 24(2012-2015)/Import (Import Trade Control) issued by the Office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh on December 22, 2013. Banks are required to take necessary measures to enforce this prohibition in foreign exchange transactions.
