With reference to the above, this is to inform you that under Section 23 of Sub-section (3) of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (Act No. VII of 1947), the power has been delegated to the Bangladesh Bank.

Notification No. 53.00.0000.311.22.003.22-399 dated 26 February 2022 was issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, under Section 23 of Sub-section (3) of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947.

The issued notification is attached for the information of the concerned parties of the relevant sector.
