Dear Sir,

Regarding the submission of Daily Foreign Exchange Position details in Rationalized Input Template (RIT) format through the Web Portal.

The work for the implementation of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EWD) at Bangladesh Bank for the purpose of collecting information electronically from scheduled banks has been finalized. To this end, the relevant Daily Foreign Exchange Position details for EWD must be submitted in RIT format through the Web Portal to the Foreign Exchange Policy Department by complying with the following instructions:

a) The RIT must be filled out correctly and submitted regularly through the Web Portal starting from July 22, 2012.

b) The soft copy of the RIT related to this matter has already been sent to your respective e-mails. Banks that have not received the soft copy of the said RIT must collect the soft copy from this department by July 18, 2012.

c) The existing process for submitting details and the process for submitting through the Web Portal will continue simultaneously until December 31, 2012, and from January 1, 2013, the relevant information/details must be submitted only through the Web Portal.
