Re: Provision of Cash Incentive against Export of Potato.

Reference is invited to FEPD Circular No. 01 issued on January 28, 2004, and all subsequent FEPD Circulars/Letters issued regarding the provision of cash incentive against export of potato, concerning the subject cited above.

2. According to the government decision, the application for cash incentive against export of potato must be submitted along with the required documents and the Certification Certificate of the Bangladesh Potato Exporters Association (Annexure-K). These instructions will apply to shipments from the date of issuance of this circular.

3. All applicable instructions of all FEPD Circulars/Letters regarding the export of potato will remain unchanged as usual. All concerned parties are requested to take note of this matter.

Annexure - K Certification Certificate to be provided by Bangladesh Potato Exporters Association Certification Certificate for receiving cash incentive against export of Potato.

Hereby it is certified that the statements mentioned in the above paragraphs are correct and true for the purpose of receiving cash incentive against export of potatoes collected from the sources mentioned in serial no. 6 above through locally produced potatoes. It has been found correct upon verification of the accuracy of the above declarations by the exporter. The declared export value mentioned in serial no. 6 has been found logical and consistent with the existing international market price, and it has also been ensured regarding the authenticity/reliability of the foreign buyer.
