The document increases the cash incentive rate for exported leather goods from 12.50% to 15% for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. Approved dealer banks are required to settle the additional 2.50% incentive for previously approved applications by submitting Form FE Circular No. 09/2000 within 30 days of the circular's issuance. Dear Sirs,
Regarding cash assistance against export of Leather goods by 100% export-oriented domestic establishments.
With reference to paragraph 10 of FE Circular No. 08, dated July 13, 2015, issued on the subject matter, it is informed that according to the government's decision, the cash incentive for the export of leather goods shipped during the 2015-2016 fiscal year will be applicable at a rate of 15% instead of 12.50%.
For the currently ongoing 2015-2016 fiscal year, applications for leather goods export that have already been settled can apply for the additional 2.50% cash incentive in the application form of FE Circular No. 09/2000 within 30 days of the issuance of this circular. Approved dealer bank branches will settle the said claim based on the inspection certificate issued in favor of the previously submitted applications for the same export.
All instructions of FE Circulars/Circular letters applicable in the field of export of leather goods will remain unchanged as usual.
All concerned parties are requested to be informed about this matter.
