FEPD Circular No. 11: Cash subsidy against export of Agricultural and Agro-processed products

To All Approved Dealers for Foreign Exchange Transactions. Dear Sirs,

Regarding the provision of cash subsidy in the export sector of Agricultural Products (Vegetables/Fruits) and Processed (Agro-processing) Agricultural Products.

With reference to the above subject, we draw your attention to FEPD Circular No. 15, dated October 06, 2005, issued on the aforementioned subject. Accordingly, based on the government's decision, potato starch will be included in the list of agro-processing products under paragraph 02 of the aforementioned circular.

2. The cash subsidy facility will be applicable for the shipment of potato starch from the date of issuance of this circular. Furthermore, all other instructions in the relevant circulars/circular letters concerning the provision of cash subsidy in the export sector of Agricultural Products (Vegetables/Fruits) and Processed (Agro-processing) Agricultural Products will remain unchanged.

All concerned parties are requested to be informed of this matter.
