FEPD Circular No. 12: Regarding maximum rate of cash incentive under any export in textile sector in case of availing the facilities in three mode

The document establishes that exporters in the textile sector receiving cash incentives across three specific categories for the same export are entitled to a total maximum cash incentive of 10%. This total comprises the existing 4% cash incentive, an additional 4% for small and medium textile industries, and 3% for new product or new market expansion assistance. Regarding the maximum rate of cash incentive under any export in the textile sector in case of availing the facilities in three modes.

Attention is invited to paragraph 1(d) of FEPD Circular No. 25 dated June 08, 2014, issued on the subject cited above.

  1. If any exporter in the textile sector is eligible for assistance (existing cash incentive 4%, additional assistance 4% for small and medium textile industries, and new product/new market expansion assistance 3%) under the three existing modes for the same export during the fiscal year 2015-2016, the total cash incentive eligible under the said three modes will be 10%.

All other applicable instructions issued regarding the payment of cash incentives in the textile sector will remain unchanged.
