FEPD Circular No. 14: Regarding renewal of moneychanger licence

Dear Sir,
Regarding renewal of moneychanger licence.
Reference is invited to Section 1, Sub-section 2, Clause (oo), Paragraph 11 of the Foreign Exchange Rules, 2018.
- Along with the application form for renewal of the moneychanger licence, a VAT payment receipt must also be submitted, as per the documents listed in the relevant section.
All concerned parties are requested to take note of the aforementioned matter.
